The client chose an LED display over an LCD or projector
Until recently, LIC had a traditional projector-based display system in their boardroom but was really fed up with the dull visual experience.
The management also felt the need to upgrade the display to transform their boardroom with the latest small pitch LED display and hence rolled out a tender to procure the best in the market. The LED display enhanced the visual experience and the whole meeting experience.
Xtreme Media had won the prestigious tender to install an LED video wall in the LIC boardroom through one of its channel partners. To create a superior experience for the LIC office, they installed their bestselling fine pitch LED display series – ACE P1.25

Challenges
· The number one challenge with this project was installing the LEDs without causing any hindrance to the office's working. The busy LIC office was running non-stop, especially the boardroom. The installation team had to work around the clock and had no room for errors.
· Winning the tender for this project was another challenge faced by team. There was a strong competition from other players. However, with Xtreme’s 25 years + experience and the amazing projects that it has undertaken over the years, winning the tender only seemed an obvious.
Final impression
The installation was a success and the moment the stakeholders at LIC entered the boardroom, they were stunned with the grandness of the display. The true color picture quality and high contrast ratio enhanced their visual experience to another level. They were very happy with the installation and the overall engagement with Xtreme Media.
