LED display units use light-emitting diodes to create pixels,which are mounted on to modules. These modules placed together make up an entire LED Screen. These screens can be customised in size and shape as per the requiremnt of the end client.

Active LED displays are superior to LED display panels in terms of their output quality and longevity. Active LED displays deliver higher brightness, better colour reproduction. Moreover, it is possible to conduct chip-level repairs with active LED displays.

Pixel pitch is the distance between centre of two adjoining pixels in a LED screen. The lesser the distance between two pixels, more pixels can be fit per square ft/ meter and hence deliver better screen resolution and a richer viewing experience. Viewing distance and pixel pitch go hand in hand. The lesser the pixel pitch in millimetres, the closer the viewing distance in metres with respect to the screen to get the best visual experience of your screen.

Resolution is the common term used to denote the clarity of the images and text is displayed on the screen. We can calculate resolution using this formula: Resolution = Screen Size(in mm) / Pixel Pitch (in mm)

Certifications can stand as the proxy for quality, long usable life, and authentic components. We strongly recommend checking for CE, FCC, BIS, and UL certifications for the entire screen and not individual modules or cabinets.

The refresh rate directly impacts the viewing experience of your screen. Take this for an example - have you ever tried recording your screen with a camera? The lower the refresh rate of your screen, the more disturbance you will witness in the recorded video of the screen. On the other side, the higher the refresh rate for your screen, lesser the chances of any disturbance that will seen on the screen. In our recommendation, you should proceed with the screens which offer high refresh rates, especially if the end application is for studios and broadcasting centres.
